Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

  Pack Your Bundle

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned kit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
